Oyster Crackers

Oyster crackers are little saltine crackers. They are usually hexagonal in shape. What’s so great about little hexagonal-shaped saltine crackers? Well, because they are bomb in soup. Like so bomb. It’s hard to make something like chicken noodle soup on a cold day better, but throwing a handful of oyster crackers in there definitely makes it better. At first the oyster crackers retain their crunch, but as time goes on they start soak up the soup like a saltine sponge. I suppose you could use oyster crackers with other things. Maybe oysters or something. You could eat them plain as a snack, but that would be a boring snack. They go best with soup. The next time you’re getting cans of Campbell’s, grab some oyster crackers to go with it.

Ritz Cracker Sandwiches with Peanut Butter

Ritz Cracker Sandwiches with Peanut Butter are prepackaged Ritz crackers made with real peanut butter. They are great if you like Ritz crackers with peanut butter but are too lazy to put peanut butter on Ritz crackers yourself. It looks like the crackers are a little bit smaller than the regular Ritz, but it still makes for a decent snack. It might not stave off your appetite, but it will get you to your next meal without your stomach growling. You get the salty crunch from the cracker and the smooth nutty taste of peanut butter with each bite. They pair well with a glass of milk or a bottle of beer. Beer makes everything better. Add some Nutella and you’re golden. Nutella makes everything better too.

Cheese and Crackers

You got invited to a dinner party and you’re not quite sure what to bring. Beer and wine are always acceptable, but everyone brings beer and wine. You can’t go wrong by bringing some fancy cheese and crackers. It’s an appreciated hors d’oeuvre. It’s something to nibble on while you sip your booze and make idle conversation. There are so many great types of cheese out there; you have to try them all to find out which ones you prefer. Generally speaking, the more it stinks, the better it tastes. If you’re bad at choosing cheese, you can always grab a premade platter. They will have a few types of cheese, some crackers, and salami or pepperoni. Some of the fancier ones might include olives or grapes. You can’t go wrong with cheese and crackers. Even if you don’t know how to cook, you can still make a good impression with a decent cheese platter.

Cheez-It Cheddar Jack

These are baked snack crackers made with 100% real cheese! It says so right on the box! What a time to be alive. I’ve always been a fan of the original Cheez-It Cheddar; it’s a good alternative to potato chips. Cheddar Jack is a good flavor, it is worth trying out, but original, Tobasco and the party mix are better. Cheez-Its are good for game nights or small get-togethers; a box for yourself usually goes stale because you don’t eat them all the time.
